Day 69: Delicious salad for Tuesday night supper

We had lovely salad tough!

Day 68: Monday night hungry and salad all about gone before I realized I needed to photograph it!

Day 67: Sunday salad with celery, carrots, green peppers and pepper Jack cheese!

Day 65 AND dAY 66 soy chicken salad with red pepper, cottage cheese and olive oil and vinegar Sat. was a chef salad!

AND THE SATURDAY SALAD WAS:

Day 64 Soy chick'n and leaf lettuce, dab of oil n vinegar salad

Day 63 my husband had the plate salad, I had mine in a cup.

Day 62: Big Mac (caroni) salad on romaine lettuce bed

Day 61: Canteloupe and watermelon fruit salad.

Just some canteloupe and watermelon.

Day 60: Our tasty late nite salad.

This quick salad was Delish!

Day 59..was so hungry ate my salad all gone so this was all that was left!

Day 58: Strawberry-Green leaf salad for supper with spagetti alfredo.

Day 52: A simple little cottage cheese and canteloupe salad for snack.

Been running all day.  No time for much but eggs and so, I had a little salad.

Day 50: June 24, 2010 Full moon, Amy Zents fun cheesy soydog salad!

Heated and lightly sauteed in "Pam" canola oil, Soy Smart dogs, wrapped in pepper jack cheese, a sauce made of pickle relish and mayo on a bed of green leaf lettuce, and mustard.

Day 49: Blue cheese, green grapes, avocado, tomatoes, ants on a log and more for today's salad.

Day 48 Quick salad

To augment all the goodness of the baked potato, the brown rice and black beans with tofu, celery, onion, etc, I just had a quick lettuce salad with some fresh grapes and dressing.

47 Performance night salad

Day 41 Amy Zents Greek Salad Redux

Last night I made too much salad, and the night before I had an overflow of salad, so I combined the two, freshened it up with black olives, feta and fake bacon bits, a little balsamic vingear and voila!

Day 40: Black bean burger salad with beans, corn, near beer and leaf lettuce and tomato

Day 39: Amy Zents Delicious Chick Patty Blue Cheese salad

A dreamy salad with blue cheese chunks, lettuce, tomato, home grown chives, and cucumber covered with a Boca Chick'n Patty and blue cheese dressing!

Very yummy!
