Day 22: Amy Zents Fresh Carrot and Cucumber-Romaine Salad with Italian Dressing
Running out of time?
This simple salad will get you to your gig on time!
I peeled then scraped (to make thin strips) a large fresh carrot with the potato peeler, and peeled and coarsely chopped a big fresh cucumber, along with adding fresh-washed leaves of delicious healthy Romaine lettuce to make this simple fresh carrot and cuke salad. I topped it with Italian Seasoning Salad dressing to complement a delicious wheat-pasta/zucchini/mushroom Italian-Basil Boca Burger entree I created for my husband and I to have a speedy dinner, before we both had to race to work tonight!

Day 21: German Vegetarian Potato salad with Morningstar bacon and new potatoes
I made a unique one of a kind potato "salad:" that turned out to be more of a vinegrette/sugar/dill/water flavor on fried new potatoes, onion and crispy soy bacon with fresh dill.
It tasted delicious.
If I had added flour and had a more liquidy sauce it would have resembled German potato salad more closely.
All, in all, this conconction tasted yummy and delicous anyways!

Day 20: Amy Zents Hurry-Hurry Avocado Salad with lots of goodness
In a bowl I cut up a perfectly ripe avocado, tomato and cucumber. I also added green seedless grapes, greem amd black olives, lettuce and sharp Chedder cheese. Then I made some dressing with white salad vinegar and olive oil. To complement the salad I added a fresh-baked, oven-warmed french baguette served alongside a delicious brie.
Sadly, I was in a big hurry to get to work so I only enjoyed a smaller amount of this deilcious repast than I wanted to!

Amy Zents
Moody Monday Salad
I was curious to see, what does mixing rice vinegar, olive oil, worchestershire sauce, and dried red pepper flakes taste like when made into a dressing, and poured onto lettuce, sharp chedder cheese, onion, tomato, salad 'n garden-fresh chives?
(See answer below.)
